patanong po... ang design nito should be realistic? Or pwede namang design that will consider possible materials in development to incorporate in the final output... eka nga, more on conceptual than realistic....

That should be the main concern. The design should be realistic and can be achieve in the future. We don't know, maybe one of the Entries here will be build.........we don't know.

Actually yan nga po ang pinaka challenge dito at ayaw namin magbigay ng limit para yung imagination po ng contestant is
mag flow talaga, but at the same time dapat realistic pa rin na pwede tirhan in future. That is the reason also why Green architecture is included in criteria for judging para ma enhance pa rin ang environment. For me as a Designer kahit futuristic or Modern sya basta may gamit or di makakasira sa mother nature why not. Basta yun tipong may "Sense" ang gawa mo na sa tingin mo makakatulong din sa atin.Pero ang importante wag po natin kakalimutan ang essence ng isang bahay kubo (Form and Function) is nandiyan pa rin. 2thumbsup

Got it... so meaning, pwede naman any design basta wag yung tipong parang nakalutang na, like talagang lumilipad, o kaya yung parang nasa tabi ng waterfalls na napasok sa gilid ng bundok... so kinda futuristic pero not so out of this world... logical pa rin right?.... I'm looking into utilizing semi plastic kasi, although hindi sya eco-friendly material, eco-frinedly naman kasi i was used in the water cube right? Parang ganyan na concept...
