1. first open the raw image, the targa file that you just rendered and load selection alpha 1 as shown below:



and copy paste it, adding another layer.



2.Apply image adjustment on the background through curves as shown below:



tweak the settings until you get the right brightness and conrast.



3.And then apply motion blur under filter/blur on the background as shown:



and viola! you got it!
