Free Reign CD cover & Photoshop Creative Issue 54 Workshop

Hi mga ka -CGP!

been so busy forgot to post this fairly months old works I got

1, This is the CD cover of a US rock band called Free Reign with album entitled " Tragedy ", from RIOT! Entertainment. The title may not be interpreting what was illustrated, but it was the direction the lead guitarist gave me when making the CD cover for them. This work was made in collaboration with Marvin dela Cruz, by which he gave a more refined pencil sketch of the characters, after I gave him a direction and the rough sketches and concepts. Scanned his pencil works and painted everything in photoshop and added the background as directed by the client.

2. This is a workshop for photoshop Creative Magazine Issue 54 ( Issue 14 Portugal / Brazil COVER LINK ) by Imagine Publishing. The Editor gave me a reference photo from I-stock and re-create/paint it into a a lovely Pin-up art. Notice how image differs when I elongated the legs, gave her more body curves, changes her expression and her overall colour tones.

The workshop is more inclined to "creating a pin-up art using a reference" rather than from scratch.
