good start Sir. tanong ko lang kung anong pinaka purpose ng balcony mo? medyo masyado po yatang mahal ung cost para sa stair and the balcony na very limited naman ung usage and space... for me hindi na kelangan un kasi for the viewing window alone e ma e-enjoy mo na ung view outside. un lang po muna, hope makatulong Sir.

with this kind of post in vray sketchup,. i bet matagal tagal mu narin itong pinagpapraktisan... ang ganda nya bro..
few things you might want to consider..
1. change the background picture, the horizonline is not matching with the horizon line of the model...
2. the wood floor, parang laminated na plastic. you might want to use arroway textures. libre sya at meron narin tong bump textures at specular textures. i google mo nalang bro..
3. sofa you might want to use angle blend materials
4. carpet is a bit stiff, you might want to apply displacement map. if not go to asgvis.com... may tutorial duon about carpet and i strongly recommend it...
cheers bro. you really had a good start...
