tnx po mga masters, nagiisip lng ksi nang easy way para malaman ung prices nang mga materials for estimates. its better nga to canvas sa mga hardwares at mas magiging accurate pa. suggestion lang po kung pedeng magstart nang thread about estimates, guides for estimating using softwares such as excel or are there other softwares used for this subject? thanks

puede kaya lang, di ganun ka simple ang estimate, i mean the logic inside it. as much as possible we want the estimator to formulate his/ner own method. kase kayo din ang mahihirapan. The purpose of estimate is to discipline an individual not only for the quantity of material but rather to have knowledge on the methodology of construction. Now kung di mo alam mga basics of estimates, like ilang chb sa 1 sqm.... eh doon ka talaga mahihirapan. alam ko itinuturo eto at pinagaaralan. so konting sikap lang.. meron namang available handbook for basic estimates.

Mahirap talaga maghanap ng price list sana makatulong ito...

meron akong bookbind ng material price list na compilation galing sa mga UST arki students na tropa, sa bldg tech subject nila pero luma na din kaya di ko na mapost....

i will try to update and add up materials sa current price nila pag sinipag akong mag excel uli ng mga resibo.....

thanks for the comment sir render master, medyo baguhan pa po kasi ako. im a fresh graduate at alam ko na basics of estimate, medyo nangangapa parin pero nakapagformulate na din ako nang sarili kong method sa pagestimate. just want to get some ideas from others sa kanilang mga method at para makatulong na din sa mga baguhan(including me). for example kung panu iapply ung knowledge sa pag estimate sa mga softwares such as microsoft excel at autocad para mas mapapabilis o mapapadali ang trabaho.

pre make a list of all materials needed sa projects mo, and then pumunta ka sa hardware, pacanvass k. balikan mo n lang. pamiryendahin mo n lang yung sales person.
