CGP FrontPage

Hi guys, since madami pala ang may problem with the frontpage, lets discuss it to make it better.

Kasi ganito ginagawa yan at mga plans para dyan.

1. Para maipakita right away ang mga magagandang post within the forum.
2. It also serve as feature wall for all competition winners
3. Soon it will be a venue for featured tutorials
4. It will also show our featured artist
5. At mga announcements

Now, dahil madaming comments sa isang thread, I've decided to do it here instead.

bat pa natin aawayan itong frontpage.. deserving naman lahat na gawa diyan ah.. it's the face of our forum pra pag may magvisit sa site natin na mga ibang lahi mapapa wow sila.. kung hindi man tayo pinalad na malagay diyan eh dapat magsumikap pa tayo.. tayo din naman mka benefit diyan ah.. nakaka inspire nga mga gawa nila.. reklamo kasi ng iba bat hindi cla nilagay dyan at merong favoritism.. pra sa akin hindi naman ganyan, pinoy talaga oh.. dont take the negative side kaya hindi tayo umuunlad...

i agree at sir mokong....ako nga inabot ako ng 6 yrs, bago natikman ang front page na yan eh...may mga work ako na feel ko ok na, pero, never pumasok sa frontpage, kaya i did my best nalang na makagawa ng pwedeng madisplay sa portal natin.

Let's take it as a call to work harder, so that our works will be featured there. Front page or no front page, doesn't matter with me.

yup tama ka bro.. we are 4000 plus members na dito.. the possibility of being chosen is very low.. lahat naman tayo dumaan sa ibaba eh.. it's a learning process bago makarating doon sa taas.. kung malagay lng ako dyan sa frontpage, magpapainum talaga ako.. hehehe..

as a newbie in this forum,i take the front page as an inpiration, that someday i can do the same as what others can,and i think below the belt na kung iisipin natin na may kilingan na nangyayari.

wala na siguro tayo gaanong masasabi,impression lang po ang sa akin mga master huag naman po sanang mamasamain.pagpasensyahan nyo na sana.

Aminado naman ako na may mga favorite akong ilagay, Ang ibig ko kasing sabihin dun ay, Guys, ito ang gayahin natin. Ito din kasing mga favorite ko ay sila din ang nailalagay sa frontapage ng evermotion at iba pang foreign site. Hindi ba kayo proud dyan.

Gusto ko lang magbanggit ng mga gusto kong trabaho. Yung gawa ni tamin at princessjay, pati ni peter, gusto ko din gawa ni jarul. Bawat post ni Arkithekthura. Lalo na nila Jeff MD. Ryancoy. Yung mga iba pa dyan hinihintay ko magpost, Alam ko kasi ang caliber nila at ito din ang gusto kung maattain natin or mahigitan pa natin.

Madami pa akong gusto sa forum, dahil natutuwa ako sa success na natatamasa nila. dahil pinaghirapan nila yun. at yung paghihirap nila dun, Yun ang gusto kong maging halimbawa sa mga bago sa industriya.

Naiinis ako na hindi ito naiintindihan ng iba. Naiinis ako na despite your good intention, madami pa ding pessimistic about our goal of being ahead of the pack.

it's sad to know na, after you've posted just 8 messages and a member of this site for just over 2 months e nagkaroon na kayo ng negative impression... short of accusing the admin of "favoritism"...
you need to frequent the site masterbytes, participate and do your part to help improve the system... again i urge you to propose a system that may be helpful sa admin at mods na ma-prevent ang impression ng favoritism sa frontpage na yan... and this goes to others who share the same impression as masterbytes here...

Eto rin suggestion ko kay master Bokks, pwede din naman cgurong i-delegate sa ibang mods ang pagpili ng mga ilalagay sa frontpage, different mods each week... para may variety din sa choices and master Bokks could reserve his right as the last person to give the final choices...

ok lang bro, I don't think it's necessary yet, I've ask too much of our mods already, tama na yung ganito nalang muna. Include nalang natin yan sa future masterplan natin. thanks.

democracy ika nga , pede naman cguro i rate ang post which will be open to all members and if reaches majority then thats the time to put him on front page , but its another revision for the web dialogs ,kasi lalagyan ng another button or dialog box i think para jan , kasi matrabaho din talaga ang pumili, di lng naman kasi architectural forum lang tinitingnan ni sir bokkins palagi , another suggestion cguro to help sir bokkins on this is to choose for a board or committee para gumaan naman ang load nyo , mukhang loaded na po kasi kayo, malaki na pamilya mo dito ha ha ha, and its a good sign really ! it means cgp is growing a lot bigger . its just natural na marami na napapansin kasi marami na mga mata coz we are getting bigger ...so i suggest that everyone should participate and open up their suggestions on how we can deal with this ..ok ba mga tiyong ?masyado kayo hot ehhh ... contribute your good ideas na lng mga bros..

nice suggestion sir jumong2007. we try our best to help each other in maintaining this forum. As for the front page, we usually give link to the admin as to which image we would like to be featured, then the admin decides which of our choices does he pick to out on our front page.

Lately i have not been able to pick images, due to work load, it's been months since the last time i submitted a link for review by our admin. And the reviewing part is an additional work for the big boss. So, let us be thankful to him, for sticking it out with all of us, come hell or high water.

yup bro, meron din akong napopost na ganyan, kasi makikita mo din talaga kung sino sino ang nagimprove na since their 1st post.

Yung kay heneral naman, maganda idea yun. malaki na nga tayo bro. saka madami na nga talagang napupuna. We will consider them all sa future upgrades natin. medyo may mga coding din kasi na di pa nagagawa ng provider natin. Pro madami na din naconsider in the span of a year. Thanks bro!
