Highrise condominiums
First topic message reminder :
These were originally posted under environment & landscaping. I just thought of posting them here because the more, I look at them, the more they seem not to fit under that category. For one thing, there is no land or anything that resembles a landscape on the scenes. I got my inspiration for these images from the documentary movie Manufactured Landscapes. I think dito sa movie na ito nakakuha rin ng idea si Alex Roman para sa kanyang The Third & The Seventh kasi may similarities.
The buildings are modeled in SketchUp, the tower caranes were downloaded from the google 3d warehouse. Images are rendered in indigo renderer 2.2.

Yung ibang camera angle sa scenes are actually similar to the views from my apartment window. Maraming salamat sa pagdaan Sir.
zdesign wrote:galing din ng indigo sa render, aside from attaching materials its simple and easy to manipulate.master mo na ang indigo.one thing sa scene na to is the same color of the building and same model i think.but its good also to put some different texture or color...to add reflection/refraction/emit or ambiance in the scene.i like your work...practice pa lang ba to?
Thanks a lot Sir! It was duplicated several times, re-sized and rotated.

Thanks a lot Sir!

Another cityscape I did almost a year ago. At that time, I was experimenting on repeating lighting fixtures on a scene using dummies (proxies).

Re: Highrise condominiums
Thanks for sharing these with us.

Re: Highrise condominiums
@ arkiedmund - Thanks a lot Sir! I will be doing some more renderings showing the streets and parks around the base of these buildings. Kasalukuyan ko pang minomodel ang mga ito. Regarding sa last image na may mga ilaw, I totally agree na dapat may variety ng mga ilaw. Unfortunately nabura accidentally yung sketchup file ng scene na ito when I tried moving my files to an external hard drive. I will be preparing some evening scenes of the other renders and this lighting variety will be definitely added.

Thanks Bro! Most of the images here were rendered in 3 hours time. Ganun kabagal indigo render. The 4th image was rendered for 10 hrs. kaya wala itong image noise.

Re: Highrise condominiums
