CPU build help...

Post by red666 on Wed May 26, 2010 6:37 am

Good day, I hope I've posted this on the right section.
Photoshop user na po ako since then, now switching to 3d animation.

Processor: Intel Core i5-750 2.66GHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte P55-UD6 Motherboard with Intel P55 Express Chipset Socket 1156
HDD: 1TB Western Digital
RAM: 4GB DDR3 (Transcend 2GB x 2)
Graphics: ATI Radeon HD4350 512MB w/ 1GB HyperMemory

Bago ko po isinulat yung post na 'to, binasa ko po muna yung mga recent posts about this same topic, kaso nahihirapan po akong makisabay.

Sorry po, newbie eh. Very Happy

Thanks in advance. buttrock

mag i7 930 ka na sir tsaka X58 motherboard instead of P55.
and instead of 1TB mag 1.5TB ka na kasi konti lang difference nila. tapos mag triple channel 6GB DDR3 ka na. sa videocard mag NVIDIA ka na para may PhysX, kahit GTX 260 or 275 swak na sayo.

How much is your budget? For me its best to invest in i7 which will increase you rendering capability, you can save money by getting a cheaper motherboard, cheaper videocard, install only 4gb ram as long as there are slots for future upgrade when you do bigger projects. for me hardisk you dont need 1terra, even 360gb is big enough.

your next phase in upgrading will be:
- more ram
- better videocard
- bigger hardisk

so start with the fastest processor you can afford. and upgrade other parts when you need to. after earning more money thumbsup

@red666

Thank you po.
