Looks good...
---Your building doesn't match your BG tilt, a simple cam correction would suffice...
---What is the red stuff on top made of; plastic?... Some polycarb would substitute nicely...
---Car tires still look burned like in your previous posts; or is it a preference?...
---Green elements are blocking the commercial establishments; which defeats the whole "commercial" intent...

Design is by?...

Design is great. I'll wait for your update sir. Very Happy

thanks sir cloud...
---- yup first time ko lang kasi mag tilt ng building and i guess im not that bad for a first timer..Very Happy pero syempre noted parin yun sir.thanks
---- sir bale yung red stuff is made of cladding.. yun kasi ang prefrd ng architect.. thanks sa suggestion sir
---- sa tires hindi ko alam bakit ganyan sya lumilitaw sir siguro sadyang ganyan lng sya sir? maybe sa sun ko or cam...
---- about sa green elements i respect your own ideas sir para sa scene na to, imho lang po i think may kanya kanya tayong perception
or ideas pagdating sa ganitong bagay...which is true naman po sir Very Happy i think sa pagkakadesign ng commercial establishment
na to sir ay parang semi-open type building sya and enough naman po siguro yung big signage sa labas para makita or
mabasa what kind of stalls yung nasa loob sir.. yun lang po ang akin...

it is designd by archt samPang, im sorry i forgot to include it..
maraming salamt sir cloud sa pagdaan and time sa pag comments.. noted po lahat ng sinabi nyo...

noted po sir.. thanks sa suggestion... pero nakukulangan pa nga ako sir sa mga abubots like cars na nilagay ko eh.. since sa mc arthur highway ang site. mas gusto ko pa sana na magmukha tlgang very busy ang scene.. kaya for me ok lang siguro yung cars sa left and right to show or prove nga na very busy ang scene .. thumbsup
thanks for dropping by sir

@Dabuy: ah, Arch. Angelo Sampang? Figures... Tell him I said hi. And to the wifey too Narzen... Tell him if I were the one renting space on the second floor I'd ask the building owner to tear down that green stuff as my costumers can't see my store. That's my opinion, honest or not.
