new rendering rig amd or intel for less than 40k

good afternoon mga CGpinoy gurus, medyo gasgas na siguro tong question ko. i am trying to build a pc for purely rendering.
never mind gaming since ayaw ko na rin malaspag ang pc sa gaming.

what would be the best for a under 40k budget i understand each brand has its own strengths, torn lang talaga ko between amd or intel. gusto ko na sana hassle free pero reliable sa rendering. ilang amd gigabyte combo ang dumaan sakin. never tried intel before. my mga sabi sabi ok ang intel but nvdia ang graphics card na pair niya talaga. mag amd na lang daw ako since ati and pairing niya sa vidcard which they say mas ok. any suggestions highly appreciated.

tama ka sir, AMD at ATI isang company kaya sila pairing. sa japan, AMD gamit nila sa mga robotics which responds quickly sa bawat command daw nila. mabilis bagang pumik-up. tutal sir AMD ka naman kahit nuon pa, meron sila mga bago at magaganda rig ngayon. mga phenom etc etc. marami countries din ang tiwala sa AMD kasi mura compare Intel, kung may hyperthreading ang Intel, may hypertransport ang AMD. ewan ko lang din bakit ang pinoy nasanay sa kilala / branded kahit mahal. masyado tayo tiwala. ako nga din lagi naglalaban isip ko between the two procs. gusto ko AMD pero parang naiiwan at mabilis bumaba/depreciate value. parang nokia vs sony ericsson. AMD and ATI ka na sir, subok mo naman na. IMHO

for intel naman...with your budget you can use an i5 processor, maganda ito kasi may automatic overclocking at ung architecture nya..(ung ung advantage nya sa mga amd processors), sa RAM naman it depends kasi kung ano ng mga rinerender mo pero go for a min. of 4G..
madali naman e upgrade ito kapag di na kaya ng 4g ang mga scenes mo..heto dapat ang bibilhin ko dati, bka makatulong..

wow, gusto ko setup mo x4 at ATI. sa board for AMD wala ako idea kung ano maganda, so far puro Asus board pinagkakatiwalaan namin dito. ayos yan, sarap gamitin nyan, pang tapat sa i-series ng intel

you may consider this before u choose sir. i don't know if this is a fair comparison though. ok, i have an amd desktop and an intel powered laptop. desktop specs is; amd x3 3.0gh, 4gb ddr3 ram, 1gb gpu. Laptop specs is; intel i5 2.5-2.8gh, 4gb ddr3 ram, 1gb gpu..
i render a scene with same settings for both rigs simultaneously....Nauna natapos ung amd x3 with almost half of time than the i5. Considering that i5 has 1 core advantage over x3.
My thought is maybe because my amd rig has faster clockspeed. maybe procie clockspeed takes a big role in rendering?!
for your 40k, i suggest;
amd phenom x6 1090t 3.2gh procie=10,200
gigabyte ga-890gpa mobo= 6,700
2x4gb dd3 ram= around 6000
1gb ati gpu=3500 (since your not into games)
500w true rated psu= 3000
coolermaster cm690 casing= 4000
ung around 7k na natira ibili mo ng led monitor na malaki, hehe.

grabe amd+intel ngayn hindi na nagkakalayo sa presyo..imho its better to canvass na rin sa gilmore..40k was a good budget..35k budget ko last year sa upgrade nakakuha ako ng i-7 rig.
