Southern Residential Development

Hi to all,

First of, my congrats to all the new Architects specifically those who attended the oath taking last August 2.

Now, here is my latest 3D work. I only did the rendering. Design and planning is done by various consultants. As respect to the developer I'll just give just a hint information of the project. This project is located in the southern part of Manila, somewhere near Sucat. It is a residential community anchored by two commercial buildings.

I used Sketchup to model, 3ds Max and Vray to render and Photoshop for post process. Trees are all in 3D Vray Proxy, scattered manually. Cars are all in low poly and building were modeled and converted to proxies. Vignette and sun ray are done in Photoshop as well as the color correction and levels.

the river and the pool is flat,,,you can tweak the color to make it more contrast by making it darker (ctrl+L) in ps...

Parcel pa lang yan ng ng buong master plan. The other lots are also developing so medyo madami pang render na gagawin. Then I would be rendering the whole master plan site eventually which is makakabaliw na. Siguro puro proxy na lahat ng house dun noh?

On the side topic: Any suggestion on work flow sa aerial rendering?

Didn't have much time na rin pala sa river and pool to enhance it. Medyo nanghihina na ako nun patapos na. 3 days of puyatan kasi. I was planing to put fall off sa material ng water para masconvincing ang effect but then, those were the least of the priorities that time.

gamit ko photobucket to upload the images. baka po band sa area niyo yung site or something.

Thanks sa mga comments. Render time is about 2 1/2 hrs. roughly. Plus post edit to some elements na pahabol like the train and group of trees in front.
