Interior Space Planning Challenge

Post by arkiedmund on Thu Aug 19, 2010 3:57 pm

Background:

This is a personal project for a client here in Las Piñas, for a house which only measures 5 meters wide by 20 meters long. The scope was to design the front facade as well as do the interiors for the 3rd level of the residence where the owners will be occupying, once it is complete.

I'll be showing some of the interiors, I'll just show the other images once I have already cleaned them as I am in a rush.

Done in 3dsMAX, vray, and PSCS3.

I purposely did not put lots of accessories to speed up rendering time, and since the design is the one peddled here, not the render itself.

Hope you all like it.

Nice design sir...comment ko lng yung flooring mo sir medyo maliit yung tilling at medyu malabo lng sir., siguro add na rin ng bump para mas lumutang siya. imho lng naman sir. thanks for sharing thumbsup

comment noted..owner still undecided if they want parquet or those engineered wood planks, hence the flooring's appearance..thanks..

thanks for dropping by, this is more of selling a design than render, so drama or any of that pizzazz can probably be reserved for artsy-stuff.

Great design , your design gives the illusion of spaciousness because the design takes advantage of sunlight via high ceilings and well placed windows.Your not just a good visualizer but also a good designer.more project to come Sir. buttrock

Thanks sir...the intent was really to show the space, so no distractions for now.

Thanks sir..the client wanted a high ceiling of sorts, so i gave it to them, ako na lang gumawa ng paraan maging maayos yung flow ng layout.

Meron inabot ng almost 1 hr and a half, the fastest was 39mins, and that was the bedroom scene, i'll be posting it later on, all images had an original size of 1600 x 1200 pixels. Thank sir!
