Interior Space Planning Challenge
First topic message reminder :
Background:
This is a personal project for a client here in Las PiƱas, for a house which only measures 5 meters wide by 20 meters long. The scope was to design the front facade as well as do the interiors for the 3rd level of the residence where the owners will be occupying, once it is complete.
I'll be showing some of the interiors, I'll just show the other images once I have already cleaned them as I am in a rush.
Done in 3dsMAX, vray, and PSCS3.
I purposely did not put lots of accessories to speed up rendering time, and since the design is the one peddled here, not the render itself.
Hope you all like it.

Actually, for now gagawin nilang open space yung part ng mezzanine na nasa bandang kitchen, so, ok din yun sabi ko sa kanila. Bale, this is based on what the client wanted in the place, i just cleaned up their vision, and added my concept on how it should look like. The open above space is a living area. Wala akong render dun, di ko na sinama, dahil maliit lang din ang fee ko dito. hihihi..Thanks for the suggestions.
