Simple Living Room

Post by arjun_samar on Mon Aug 23, 2010 7:21 am

Hello guys this is just a simple scene I made, my goal on this one is I want to focuse on artificial lighting and less on natural light. If you have some critiques please let me know.

Thank you.

Render with a lady (done on post-work)

Yesterday, one of my friend here in cgp asked me if I can give him the scene setup of my latest post (this post) so last night I made some screen grab and turned it into one single pdf file, at post ko rin dito baka makatulong sa mga katulad kong baguhan.

ito po yung link download nyo nalang po. http://www.mediafire.com/?r9fb1do0ldyqs5r

Lighting looks nice.

Buksan mo na rin yung table lamp, since artificial lighting ang gusto mong ma-achieve.

Master torvicz.... salamat po sa pagkomento yung totoo po I got the idea from the one you posted in the simple scene of sir eric which you used a vray dome light (as your sun, but this one I loaded an hdri texture to my dome light), salamat din po sa suggestion tratry ko po ngayun sabado kasi sa bahay ko to ginawa ala po kasi akong time gumagawa sa bahay pag-week days.

salamat po ulit Master Idol.

Astig ang rendering mo dito bro. Lalo na ang babae mo sa post work! Galing. May comment lang ako sa composition. Grand piano should be respected sa designs. That's why it's called Grand kasi it needs a grand space. It will only look expensive pag spacious, pag sa mga ganito ka sikip, mukhang cheap imation grand piano sya from china.

great lighting bro 2thumbsup congrats! my comment would be for the composition.
- those sticks on your base shall be more thinner bro imho.
- since ginamit mo na ung color palette na chocolate brown or dark brown as framing (curtain and piano) it will be better kung un na rin ung ginamit mong color sa base and center coffee table.
- bakit merong sindi ung candles? i guess kung you really intend to put lights on it better turn-off those ceiling lights, and night scene siguro. perhaps, dof mo na lang.
- i love the leather material
- have you tried putting 2 pcs. single + your 1 large sofa?
- ung fixed glass sa right and left side ng tv mo, i guess it's not ideal kasi pag nanood ka sa araw medyo hindi magiging ok ang viewing experience considering walang curtain ung fixed glass.
- i admire you for having the patience sa pag-arranged ng mga libro, hindi masyadong halata ang repetition wag lang kikilatisin, weakness ko yang libro hehehe.
- the idea of putting the lady was great, though hindi sana blur kasi nakatigil naman sya. and mas ok kung sa kaliwa sya nakaharap for the framing.
- not sure about the size of the tv. para syang monitor bro.

hope makatulong Smile
