anong software ang gamit mo dito..good start...tweak your lighting and your composition as well. Update mo ito, and let's see what to work on next.

The very basic problem here is mapping. I could easily tell what primitive you used to model those heads.

If you learned modeling at that age - it doesnt hurt to challenge yourself by learning uvw mapping/ unwrapping. At dahil masyadong sparse yong damo, it looks like a macro shot ng anit ni incredible hulk. And guess what those white thingy in the back could have been.

Seriously now,

Don't be discouraged, I wasn't even 3ding when I was your age. Even if I did - I'd probably have the same mistakes because I never had 40 year olds telling me what I forgot to see.
