There's so many ways to appreciate it pre, first allow me to ask if the intentions were to stylize ala stopmotion, or to make it look real, then I'd try to match my suggestions based on those.

I mentioned stopmotion because of the lack of distinguishable motion blur. It would have worked more or less if we have the same touch to the ohter background elements like grasses and shrubs (except for the camera translations)

For facial animation, I would suggest breaking the symmetry of your morphs so they do not look too mechanical.

For character movements, remember that the pelvis should translate along the y axis depending on how separated the legs are. If its a walk, it should be lower when the legs are spread and higher when they are close. Looking from above, primates' shoulder blades and the pelvis line compress in an angle opposite each other. That is the reason why when the right foot moves forward the left arm goes forward as well

I'll try to write over your animation sana but it will take time. If I have access to your biped files, I'll simply reanimate over your keys...
