Nice once again master JP! mukhang nagkaproblema yata sa chamfer ng kerbstone sir..sa pag-import yata yan..bale grass po yung nasa sidewalk?ganda ng foliage master!

maganda sir bakugan, i like the 3d peeps on the right side. konting ajust na lang siguro sa brightness sa 3rd floor balcony areas, medyo dark kasi pero you have a very bright sun.

The balcony @ the third floor is not proportion, the height is too deep
from the finish floor line. check the proportion

render is nice.
