help with office desktop specs

Pls. help me, my desktop at the office breakdown. good thing they dont let me pay it, so my boss is asking me if i could produce a new specs for the things i need. im planning for a new core2quad or i5 or i3. im not that super technical person but i know something. im a graphic artist and a web administrator(beginner level).

can you help me with some specs with the name. (ex. video card: Inno 3d nVidia Gforce gt 220)
i need a dual monitor to be placed on a video card.

i only have this for now.
