Re: residential development (updated)
Hi orange!
Hhmmm maybe it's on the design intent? San ba particularly sya di nagagandahan? As I can see sa design, The area is somewhat tropical? Judging with the place with the pool and the palm trees, the buildings are traditionally modern and not tropical, so maybe hindi nagtugma... Opinion ko lang bro, but then again I really don't know your boss' preference.

the design is ok. d nya nagustuhan ang rendering. according to him, it doesn't look real - it looks more like a 3D render! (but of course! it is a 3D render... hehehe) anyway, i'll post the re-rendered scene soon... thanks...

ibang klase ang boss ko sir. he's willing to wait until he's satisfied with the output. it's better 'daw' than to submit a crapsh*t presentation.

he's 60+ sir and a hands-on architect. he loves to draw. sya lang ang gumagamit ng drawing table dito sa office. pero, he's still the one signing the check so i will have to think about what you suggested, in fact, i shouldn't be considering that... hehehe
