question po ang atrium (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atrium_(architecture)) po ba pwede mag start sa 2nd pataas na floor or kelangan po sa ground sya mag start?

pwede siya kahit sa second floor mag start kahit hanggang roof, nasa design mo yan at design ng structural...goodluck
