"sunset"

Hello CGP, I did this yesterday during my free time. Basically I was aiming for a sunset which symbolize "end" like the end of the day but hoping for a better tomorrow (well for me).

Software used, 3ds max 2009, vray, photoshop.
Render time took about 34 minutes (with optimization) on a core 2 duo, 2gig ram machine.

Hope you like it guys, of course critiques are welcome.

Hello there Sir Brodger, first I think "Marjun" is a different user, arjun lang po alang "M" hehehehe, yup Backdrop is only an image during test I was planning to make the bg 3D (sea) but it will only cost more render time so BG hunt ako sa google and it took only 5 min. before I found a decent BG image . Poly count 200,000 lang, yung pag-optimize ko sa scene. I used bitmap proxy to half since wala naman akong close-up shots, then lower all 3d Tree's ref. subdivsn to 2 , always box display for proxies models para di lumaki polycount, off VFB lakas kumain ng ram yun, turn off all anti-virus/other program runnin from behind makakatulong yun. (of course tangalin mo na muna yung connection mo sa network para safe parin, by the way importante rin na restart ka muna before final render para yung mga nagkalat na mga un-used memory mawala, of course taas mo paging file kahit minor lang to makatulong din for a slow computer. at all times always avoid arch models matakaw talaga yun sa ram.

Thanks, saan po banda na parang butas? sa near forground na grey? conc. po yun.. to give a better idea of the scene here is the comparison.

Yung iba po sir Arjun ginagawa ko na po..liban sa bitmap proxy at sa paging file..paano po ba gawin ito bro...? yung paging file ito ba yung sa bitmap pager?sa akin default lang ata 256.TIA po!mabuhay po kayo!

OT: pasensiya na po nagkamali ako sa name niyo.heheh.
