Good pm Cgpipz , just want to ask kung magkano po ang standard fee ng interior designer ? per sq.m po ba or contractual ?

500-2000/sqm. Depende sa galing mo at sa scope ng trabaho. You actually demand the price based sa espertise mo.

Inclusive na lahat. Concepts, drawings, cost estimate, materials board, presentation 3d. Except lang siguro sa supervision. Depende lang sa usapan nyo kung may per visit pa na cost.

No need kung 3d viz lang ang gagawin mo.

if the contract will include all phases of design from schematics, working drawings, up to actual construction/ installation supervision; we usually charge 10% of the estimated total cost (material + labor). and the payments usually done in three installments, upon signing of contract docs, 50% completion, and turnover. tapos, kung minsan me retension din na 5% collectible after occupancy na.
kung schematics lang; conceptual studies, space planning, at walang customized furniture/elements na involved pwede ring per square meter, roughly ranging from Php5000 for 25sqm na space, pataas na yan.
