Wall series

Post by nomeradona on Wed Mar 23, 2011 4:37 pm

I am trying to integrate visualization and traditional art. I have the idea of manipulating walls, render them and use them as collage ephemera with my paintings. I am also looking at styles as part of the process. a possibility which i dont know where it will lead me.

This image started with sketchup, then edited the image inside SU. I then used mostly tools on surface to push pull lines, render them in vray. I feel than some of the edges are hard, but i think it doesnot matter since i can still put gesso and acrylic paint on top of these later. i will use these rendered wall surfaces and make a collage or printed directly on the canvass then paint.
