Need help for my thesis Proposal in Pangasinan Area

Sa mga kababayan ko na taga pangasinan at sa mga master na willing tumulong kung ano maganda na proposal for my thesis.

Ito po proposal ko "Arkadia Pangasinan" combination of amusement park, recreational and animal theater. What do you think mga masters.? other options po may suggestions po ba kayo?

for me masyado ng common yan, ginagawa na kaya ng government ng pangasinan ngayon, try to come up with something new or different yung tipo hindi masyado nabibigyang pansin, have for example a pangasinan concert hall and performing arts center parang CCP as the main headquarters in Pangasinan, anything about arts in particular that includes music, arts, dancing, etc.. dahil kulang ang promotion ng arts dito sa pangasinan walang mismong headquarters kung saan magtitipon-tipon ang mga artists. It can also serve as a training center for aspiring artist on any genre. anyway tell me other options and i can tell kung suitable sya dito sa lugar natin but it would be great if magbigay din ng idea yung ibang members natin dito
