looking for v-ray material to mental-ray material converter

hi to all! Patulong po ulit.
Baka po may alam kayong software or script na kayang magconvert ng vray to mental ray materials and shaders (and vice versa). I need it badly. hehe. thanks in advance!

Magandang idea yan ah. Pero di ko lang sure kung meron vray to mental ray. Pero pag from mental ray, baka pwede mong gamitin yung convert to vray scene. Makikita mo pag right click mo sa viewport.
