file open failed

Good day po sa lahat, newbie lang po ako sa 3ds max vray, first time ko po magrender using vray na bigla pong nag error ung file, i try na i-open ulit pero di na po nag oopen ito po ang message "file open failed"...wala po bang recovery sa 3ds max?..sana po matulungan nyo ako, many thanks!

punta ka my documents,then 3dsmax na folder,then autoback up files..search mo lang yung pinaka bago..meron yan..sana makatulong.

tama si sir markro010 may autoback ang 3dmax. or baka recovery try to find sa my doc
