Commercial Area Along th Beach

Hi to all,

I've been busy for a while with work and this is the only time I could post here again.

Here is one of my project done for Landco. This is just the first cut. Design was just a hint of tropical architecture. The developer haven't decided yet on what to put on the design so they gave me the freedom to do some designing.

Workflow: Sketchup, 3ds Max 2009 + Vray, Itoo Forest for the trees, PS CS3
