Exterior (practice with nightscene)

Post by Raigoki on Thu Jun 23, 2011 1:57 pm

3rd time to post here... hoping for you guys to share some insights on my rendering works. Para ma-improve pa po. I find doing these quite challenging and fun. lalo na pag nakikita ko yung result ng imahinasyon ko. Very Happy

Process = Revit(model / drafted) + 3dsmax+vray + photoshop(pp)

(straight from revit, nilagyan ko lang ng white material)

rendered using vray sun + vray sky

low quality render... tagal kasi e, all in all mga lampas 2-3hrs yung render.

and about sa stone cladding, di ko po nalagyan ng displacement kasi mortal ko syang kaaway... (tumatagal rendering ng sooobra!) mapa vraydispmod or sa material... may solution po ba dun?

salamat po ng marami!!!

check ninyo yung map sa displacement gawa kayo proper displacement (lessen detail and unnecessary dents) baka sabog yung map. or since malayo naman view ok na yung normal map. gawin ninyo muna standard lahat 8 subd and low mid preset. create more BG and hope it will come out right. 2thumbsup

For the dark shadows para ma lighten; drag mo ang vray sky mo to an empty mat slot tapos enable mo. Taasan mo ang intensity nito in comparison sa Vray sun mo, laro laro lang ng kaunti sa intensity ng vray sky mismo..
HTH..

ah. ginagawa ko kasi, kung ano yung nasa diffuse ko, ida-drag ko lang sa displacement or bump... gawin ko muna black and white para sa displacement? sige po try ko to. thanks!
