malupit ang second image Smile bro ikaw din ba ang destijl_art sa evermotion site? maliwanag masyado ang first image. Pwede na ring walang tension wire ang sun shades, it can be bolted sa two sides at hindi naman kalakihan ang span. maganda ang massing bro Smile curious lang ako kung ilang storey to? your balcony gave an impression na merong mezzanine and mataas ang floor height ng second floor.

*Valiant - Yes sir ako din po yun, 2 floors, split levels ang ground floor.
*keico - usual settings, HDRI / EXR + vray sun and post work in PS, for detailed tutorial

Both images look good; nag change lang ng position yung lamps sa may carport in the two images. Nice to see you posting again sir.
