Anyone keen to cycle from East Coast to Changi Village?

Post by KettleRenderer on Sun Jul 17, 2011 2:38 pm

Cycling EB? anyone?

from East Coast (McDO, (FIGHTWORKS)) to Changi Village : 18.7km, my fastest was 1hr 35min
then lamon dun sa changi village ..
then balik ulit, another 18+ km cycle ride.

we usually do it friday night, overnight charge yun bikes namin, 12sgd lang.
pagsoli we need to put chain, minsan nagbibigay sila, minsan hindi so we bought chain last time.
they close around 9.30pm

pinaka boring na road lang ay yun sa tabi ng changi airport, 6km+ long unwinding road.

anyone interested? sms me before friday. mey event kasi sila so wala ako kasama Sad
para ma-arrange yun time..
kasi meron din kami cycling on saturday, syempre with VOX Group

why dont you try jogging din?
3min brisk walk, then 1min jog.. 3min walk, 2min jog, 2min walk, 2min jog .. padagdag ng padagdag..
mas masaya..

last jog ko, i tried jogging to the song of The One That Got Away (Katy Pery), i managed to finish.. pero sobrang sakit ng atay or lungs ata yun.. basta nasa loob ng rib cage.

mamaya ulit.. then mag bake ng fish pie! para baon bukas! yey!

DALAW KA ULIT DITO KUYA NOMER!!!
