CPU..budget of 20 to 25k

Gusto ko sanang bumili ng cpu na pang rendering, kaya lang ang budget ko ay 20 to 25k.
Ano po bang magandang specification para sa ganitong budget?
May nakapagsabi sakin na OK ang triple core parang i3 na daw sya.
Basta po kakayanin niya ang sketchup 3dmax photoshop.

monitor na lang ang kulang..any recommended LED monitor na mura lang??

kayang kaya yan sir lalo na sa budget mo. makakatulong yang gpu sa AA kung nagrerender ka. kung gusto mo sir i5 ka tapos asrock na mobo. isacrifice mo nalang yung ibang parts.
