still, it depends on Ministry of Manpower kung bibigyan ka pa rin nila ng new work pass... times are bad these days..

In that way kasi kung point by point mas madali maintindihan nang kapwa nating pinoy. Smile

thanks cos, if you think it is legal and to some of us think it isn't, best to be safe and wag na lang pagusapan, would you agree? as an employee it is your discretion. but as an employer it does not give a good impression dun sa employee na gumagawa nito, dahil fundamentally di niya nirerespeto ang current employer. hope this is clear.

Your starting salary for singapore would be 2.2k to 2.5k probationary for a few months. After that you should negotiate your rate. My friend makes more than 7k but he's now a citizen after 5 years there which is a big factor to get higher rate. Bought a car, an apartment(not HDB). The secret is being a good negotiator. Artists tend to be poor negotiators and businessmen. This is first and foremost a business afterall to make profit for the company. So the money should go both ways. Smile

I suggest go to HK and find a job.... a good starting point is www.hkia.net or classifiedpost.com . HK pay range is way better than SG but you nned to wait for 7 years para maging PR. Anyway 10% lang tax but the housing is freaking high.
