How to render huge output in vraysketchup without crashing

sir nomer sinubukan ko to, pero pag hit ko ng render, "RGB color" pa din, di yung "RGB preview..bakit po kaya? sinunod ko naman lahat..namomoroblema na po kasi ko sobrang tagal magrender, mejo rush na,,

hello! bakit pag nagrender nako gamit yung VRI output hindi ko na makita yung HDRI sa final output s PHOTOSHOP na ginamit ko s aking model s sketch-up?

you have to open the exr file. now ang problema ba hindi mo mhanap yung file or hindi mo mabukdsan ito.

sir, naglagay po ako ng HDRI s model ko s sketchup, & after nun, nagrender ako using "render to VRI image" & save it sa desktop ko as .exr file. & when i opened the .exr file s photoshop, lumabas lang yung trees, grass, building etc,,, the only thing na missing dun sa picture is my HDRI (sky) which in fact nung nirerender ko yung model ko s sketch-up visible naman. i dont know what im doing wrong. suddenly nawala yung HDRI (sky) image ko s final output.
