SEOUL, Aug. 17 (Yonhap) -- South Korea's Hanwha Engineering & Construction Corp. said Wednesday that it has clinched a US$175 million deal to build a domed concert hall in the Philippines.

Under the deal with Filipino Christian foundation Iglesia ni Cristo, Hanwha Engineering will build a 50,000-seat "Philippine Arena" with a floor area of 74,000 square meters on the outskirts of its capital Manila.

In time of crisis the Church will be a able to build the world's largest and pretty expensive Domed arena.
