nice design and render comment ko lang adjust lang ng camera angle kunting tweak pa. makita ng buo yung mga upuan. malaki yung part ng ceiling hope makita din yung upuan. talagang may pips pa sa kabilang room a. galing...

"Ceiling " drop ceiling their is unecessary lights on the sides...,or flexi glass?
"Niche Vase" no reflections....
"Board Rm Table" , dont know the materials,? ,white ones...
"Wood Floor tiles" Stretched...

"Walls", how about this color??

The Final ones...Somethings wrong...., ba't may ganito? if they can lower the screen..

thanks. this design is approved and on going construction as of now.

so maybe ceiling and lights are approved also,

on niche, sorry for my overbright lights,

on board room table, just call pr enterprises for the pure white italian granite or equivalent,



on floor, just call parador laminated flooring. they have bigger size for the floors.


half way panelings on walls, you know narra plywood in varnish finish?

the adjacent room is the small dining for board for the board room.

Ah ok....
I've just saw the italian granite..like it! , but none on parador..

Varnish..? , got it.
But for the board pips...its still 9am,.i dont go 9pm time usually. . just dont want the result to be like this...

,and for the laptop its kind of dota games on screen.or some movies.. ??? , then for sure its not advisable to put any bags at the conference table ,..wrong??/right?? . ..,
