use all your core and threads by this script

J just noticed recently in my core 2 duo laptop that it only uses 50% of the cpu and then I started asking myself why is it like this so I search google for this and find these solution for vray only hope it can help those has the same problem. To all moderators if ever i had posted in the wrong thread just move it to the appropriate thread.
