simpleng Diffuse Glow TUT. para sa baguhan na katulad ko.

1. need to glow the scene mostly the window and lighting area or other source of light
1st need to create layer

2. then go to FILTER - DISTORT - DIFFUSE GLOW

3. this window will pup out. you can adjust the power or intensity of the glow and i always put my graininess in "0"
unless you want a little bit dirt on your scene

4.add a LAYER MASK to control and remove other area that you don't want to put a glow effect. then use paint tool, make sure you have black and white color.

5. then flatten image.
