How to make a Seamless Texture

I encountered this problem which most of us face and thought of sharing the PSesing that I did to make the texture seamless.


With the original map






Open the image in PS and make it square





Filter>Other>Offset
The Horizontal & Vertical Offset is half of the image size












Select a part of the image>Apply Gaussian blur to the selection>Copy>Paste>Move it right in the middle

Thanks bro! I always do this, and sometimes when the tone on the left is different from the right, I mirror the image so that it will blend. And then use stamp to randomize the pattern if it is possible.
