Need help (Manequin to realistic skin)

HI, i have a small project of converting the manequin skin to realistic skin and adding a face to her. I have already made a sample image but i dont think its that good already, So i neeed help here.

hmm ayos na ito master. konting tweak n lang sa skin like adding texture/noise/grains and small details of body parts. and always match the color variation ng face sa body. mejo di pa match eh, brighter ang face yata
