Here is what I think you should do. I am also using Batzal for my roof.

1. Select and isolate your roof model then hide unselected so your roof is the only thing visible in the viewport.

2. Right-click on the roof model and select "Convert to Editable Mesh".

3. Select each face of the roof and select "detach" on the modifier menu.

4. Once every face is it's own mesh, select that mesh, on the modifier menu, select Batzal, click on "get shape from stack" [you will be prompted this cannot be undone], click OK.

5. you can then select the design of your roof on the modifier menu for your Batzal.

6. After selecting, click on "Build".

You now have your roof made with Batzal Roof Designer. Hope this helps.
