Eco House

Hello guys, its my 2nd shot for exterior using Max,.. so Basically still a nubie, any suggestion for a correction will be appreciated Very Happy
Using Sketchup for Modelling, and Vray Max for rendering, ( LWF ) + Post pro using CS 5, Smile

Looks good; but looks unkempt too.. Dirt on the wall gives it an abandoned look..
