Thesis Help :D

Hi CGPeeps!

Long time no see mga sirs, and for good reason as its thesis season. I decided to do a thesis relating to heritage architecture, consisting of a website and a magazine. I would just like to ask for your help with regards to feedback, and if possible some help with regards to renders. PM me if you want to render some of my models and you'll get full credit for it in the site and magazine. I'd like to take this opportunity to thanks Sir bokkins again for the renders he did for the mag.

Pardon the site as its far from finished with minor niggles and broken links which I'll be fixing. Also, if peeps want to place ads in the mag, I have 10 pages open for it. PM me nalang po.

Some clarifications lang po for the interested parties:

1. The mag won't be sold. BUT, it will be in a fine arts fair which might be open to the public. Its going to be part of a large school event for the fine arts dept of ateneo so the entire dep and students might go. A digital version on the website might also be released.

2. Most of the ad revenue will go to funding the printing of the mag. A full page ad ( 8.5 by 11 ) will cost 500 pesos, and half is 250. I understand that because the mag won't be commercially sold that the audience will be marginally smaller, but it will be 'immortalized' in my thesis so its permanent with no expiry Haha

3. The ad should be related to architecture, or if not, the ad's theme or design should at least allude to it.

4. Just comment or PM for more questions and concerns. I'm sorry if this isn't really a formal magazine so medyo kulang ang media mileage but it will be seen, rest assured and there might be a digital version to be released online. Thanks for your help and more power

Sa mga gusto magexpose ang portfolio dyan. May online release to for sure. or pwede natin irelease ng limited edition.

Pag iisipan ko sir Neil,ilang pages ba lahat to?at sana may sample mag paper.Baka mamaya hindi natin gusto ang print at klase ng papel.

Okay sir I might post a pdf sample of the mag soon. As of now, its 70% done na, kulang nalang renders which make up 30% of the mag and the ads.

Sir, wala pa pong sample. But the material to be used is the usual glossy cover for the mag and the pages will not be the stereotypical glossy paper, as I want to go for something more unique and befitting heritage architecture so it would be something textured.

Hi sirs! Since there's an influx of articles I might extend the number of pages. Its not a very thick magazine with 25 spreads (50 pages) but I might extend it to 60-70 pages. Also for those who'd like to put ads, just email me the ad you have created so I could test it out on the layout. I'll post a sample here once the ads are in place ;D. Also, there's ad space for the back cover of the magazine and that might amount to 700 pesos.

bro pakiinform narin siguro based on this experience. if we will create a magazine.. magkano ba yung mga 100 pages.. parang maganda talagang magkaroon ng print stuff..

Sige po sir I'll ask. My mag is about 70 pages and I might print this in UP dahil maraming okay na printers po dun. I'll keep you updated nalang po about this.
