My Problem is no casting of shadows in models sa 3DMAX2011

Sa tingin ko dahil nasa ground level ang ilaw mo kaya hindi nagcacast. Ano ang gamit mong renderer?

If vray, use the vray sun at vray cam.

Isa pang possible answer is soft ang shadow dahil area shadow.
