DOLE Construction Safety and Health Program?

Hi Everyone. Newbie here and this is my first ever post. Anybody here who has applied for CSHP in DOLE. We're trying to get a building permit in Makati for a 3 storey residence and our client said this Program was required.

Haven't heard of it yet but Makati has very strict laws, so this is not impossible. Try to check with Dept of Labor. Maybe it's just a simple form that requires construction safety and workers welfare.

This is good, I guess it's just right for everyone to abide.

I'm going through their Procedural guidelines
but haven't contacted them. Based from what i read a Safety and Health
program should be made. I was wondering what the format could be. I'll
try to call them today and let you guys know.

That law will be implemented nationwide, actually they are implementing it now. DOLE is giving seminars about that but I just don't know when will be the next one. The seminar cost around 8000 pesos if Im not mistaken. After you attended the seminar, they will give you a certificate that allows you to sign the form. So not everyone is allowed to sign the form.

I contacted Occupational Safety and Health Center, an attached agency of DOLE. They said I would need a DOLE accredited safety officer/practitioner/consultant to make, sign and seal a CSH Program.
