We are looking for a part time architectural designer/draftsman with an in depth skill in 3D rendering/visualization (interior and exterior).

Minimum Qualifications:

1. CAD proficient with skilled in
sketchup/Vray or 3d Max/Photoshop

2. Willing and able to follow
design instructions

3. Preferably with experience in
housing/commercial bldg architectural design and landscape (experience can be
dropped if you can show enough your talent)

4. Team Player ( we need design
collaborator with our work)
