hd sata capable and status BAD?

pa help po mga masters.
pag na ON na ang pc the motherboard start up shows then next is the american megatrend pop up saying that my hd connected to sata 4 is capable and status bad .
ngayon ko lang na encounter yung ganito kasi normally pagkatapos ng motherboard start up e dritso agad windos start up.
im little bit worried baka mwala mga files ko baka corrupt ( (137 gb) mahirap mag back up kasi wala po akong external disk)
then theres press F1 to resume .
i press F1 ok naman po i open the files nandoon naman lahat pati lahat ng programs na naka install.

may solution po ba dito para maging ok yung status ?
or baka may problem ang hd?
should i replace it with new one?( ang problema kasi gipit )

i suggest na start backing up your files na, ganyan din sakin, nung una ok pa, umaabot pa sa windows, pero nung huli na hindi na, buti nalang naka back up files ko sa external. sad to say kailangan palitan mo na HD mo, hindi ako sure kung pwede pa ma repair ang mga ganyan na issues,

Malapit na magfail harddisk mo, start backing up your files, if you dont have enough budget, burned them on DVD's.

The more you use your computer, the bigger the chance your hard drive will fail. Kaya backup and burn muna, para iwas disaster.

If you know your harddisk brand (ex. seagate, Western Digital) they do offer, diagnostic software for download that you can use to test your hard disk.
