Determining the number of hotel staffs

Good day po mga sir, hihingi po sana ako ng advice para po sa Thesis namin na luxury hotel, kung panu po ma determine ang no. of staffs sa isang hotel, i.e po para sa 300 room hotel,kung ilang porters po, ilang housekeeping staff and laundry staff ,may ma i-share po ba kayong mga references?
