Don't forget to buy a true-rated modular PSU. Wink
you can go for HX or AX series of Corsair Power Supply.

generic power supply is not recommended at all. especially the one that is free from the casing itself. (bundle)

My suggestion is buy the fastest cpu you can afford. We are able to get a quote of i7 2600 unit with 40k budget.

My reason is, faster processor can get your work done faster. which means more profit and more money to upgrade later. ordinary ram is ok, ordinary psu is ok, unless you buy a powerful vcard.

If you value your gaming more than you work, then buy better psu, buy better vcard.

But for me you can get i7 2600 cpu unit with 8gb of ram with p40k budget. thumbsup

Cpu Intel i7 2600 - P13,350
Mboard- Asrock Z68 Pro3-M Z68- P5800
Memory- 8gb -P6000
Hardisk- 500gb Seagate Barracuda Sata3- P3850
Optical drive- P900
Vcard- PowerColor HD6790 1gb ddr5 hdmi- P6200
Casing- Epraizer FC-HU09A Hummer Casing w/ 600W Power Supply- P2,600
Keyboard and mouse- P1,000

Total= P39,700

That is less than P40k, with an i7 2600 and decent Vcard. Don't settle for i5 if your budget is P40k.

Hmmm bro dont forget to put a budget for cooling, lalo na kung highend specs ka tapos heavy load usage pa computer mo.

sa proc, good HSF - copper sana at sana silent fan din, dont go water cooling, you arent going overclocking. silver paste ha, wag yun puti,

motherboard, tingnan mo yun mga vrm* (kadalasan katabi nang processor socket) kung may heatsink, yung northbridge kung may hsf, yun capacitor dapat solid capacitor.

sa video card, malabo palitan yun hsf nito, else will void warranty, just by a external extra fan para sa video card mo.

memory - look for memory with nice heatsink on it.

casing - look for good airflow, dont block the airflow sa pagsetup/install

psu, - be sure na dual fan yan binili mo or kung hindi, isang malaking fan, wag lang yun isang maliit.

Try cleaning every 6 months, for dust accumulation,

* HSF = heatsink and fan.
*vrm - voltage regulating module

You will need a setup that can handle a 24 hour abuse. That would come to play if you're facing impossible deadlines. Mahal ng konti pero sulit in the long run. 2nd gen Corei7 na may ASUS na motherboard with japan capacitors is one of the best mid-level consumer products out there. Para future-proof ang board mo, buy a model that can accomodate ssd as system drive (ssd's can make your system 4x faster, medyo mahal) at may usb 3.0 na. Check mo kung sufficient for your use ang Coolermaster V8- basic cpu cooling system na affordable.

Too bad, dahil sa malawakang pagbaha sa thailand last year, halos doble ang price ng mga hard disk sa ngayon.
