3ds max 2012 commercial license.. please help..

Hello po mga masters.. do you have a link where i can purchase a licensed 3ds max 2012 for commercial use ? meron kasi ako nakitang license kaso Academic lng so meron watermark sa rendering... i hope someone can answer this.. thanks.
