2. Ano ang corruption?
3. Bakit may corruption?
4. San nangyayari ang corruption? Aling mga areas sa city hall? Sa ilalim lang ba ng mga mesa?
5. Sino sino ang involve sa corruption?

Let's follow a process in order to solve this one.

First, determine muna natin ang problem.
3rd, solve natin isa isa.

Welcome to CGP. Smile

start from macro analysis down to micro analysis in identifying your problem.

one way to minimized corruption is to utilize open planning & glass partition instead of solid wall like in modern bank design.

I agree with this but it will not solve the corruption alone. There should be a system like -

1. cashiers, auditors and officials work as separate entities. Not all of them are under the city hall system. pwedeng private sectors itong auditors at cashiers.

2. computerized

3. visible ang mga tao sa city hall. You know who are you dealing with...

Yun muna ok na.

agree...but that's another issue my main concern is how can i promote architecture as a tool for combating corruption within the city hall premises - proper planning and right usage of materials is merely a basic architecture. outside entities, computerization...so on is an administrative concern.

Like I said bro, It can't be done by arranging ang recreating space alone. It should sync to an idea or a program. Like all architecture should be. It can only be successful if there is a program. A process or a system. Architectural planning is just one part that can not stand on its own. If combined with a system, it will be a success and that's for sure.

I guess ma determine muna ano ano ang mga type of corrupction ang nangyayari sa city hall then determine kung how can it be solve, tama si sir bokkins,

Meron hindi kayang isolve thru space planning. For example,

1. Ghost employees

2. DInadagdagan yung mga Contracts

( di ko po maipost ang link dahil dito" New members are not allowed to post external links or emails for 7 days. Please contact the forum administrator for more information.")

Nagkaroon doon ng corruption dahil nacontrol ng Mayor or any other higher officials ang City Treasury Office as well as pati Accounting Office

maganda itong idea ng glass partitions, maybe a new design of furnitures like desk and drawers could also give a large impact...just to add specifications in your proposal... bounce

May ka din dito bro. Good design contributes a lot sa behavior ng employees. Less stressfull ang mood at good vibes always. At magiging efficient pa ang trabaho.
